*Minimum Guaranteed Fee is up to the 1st 125 guests

Charge per additional 126 - 150 guests:

1. Monday - Thursday -- $15 per person
2. Friday - Sunday -- $20 per person
3. Saturday -- $25 per person
4. Holidays -- Thanksgiving Eve and Day, Christmas Eve through New Years Day, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter weekend Friday - Sunday -- charged at Saturday Evening peak season $6,000 rate for 125 guests and $25 per person for additional guests.

4. Holidays -- Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day charged at Saturday Evening peak season $6,000 rate for 125 guests and $25 per person for additional guests.

The foodservice is in addition to the Facility Fee. The bride and groom will select their CHOICE of menu and control the food costs by purchasing thefood service through a licensed and insured Catering Company, pre-approved by Taharaa Mountain Lodge. The contract for menu selection will be made between the bride and groom and the selected Catering Company.

LINENS, CHINA AND GLASSWARE SERVICE

The linens, china and glassware service will be ordered and contracted with the Catering Company including glasses for the champagne or cider toast.

BEVERAGE

Taharaa Mountain Lodge prohibits any outside alcohol. All beverage sales are subject to a 20% service charge and a 7.7% sales tax whether hosted or cash bar. Taharaa Mountain Lodge will provide one bartender.
